About Messy Clarity
Because you can find flow and growth in life’s beautiful mess.
To me, messy clarity encapsulates the reality of navigating life's complexities while maintaining a sense of direction and purpose.
Here’s what I mean:
Acceptance of imperfection: life is inherently messy and unpredictable, but that doesn't mean you can’t have clarity about your goals, values or what you need to do.
Flexibility with focus: you have the ability to stay focused on core priorities while remaining adaptable and flexible to change and the unexpected.
Embracing complexity and nuance: clarity doesn't mean perfection - life can be complex and 'messy' while still allowing for clear thinking and decision-making. The world is not black and white, and niether is your life.
Progress over perfection: you can move forward and achieve your goals without waiting for perfect conditions or complete order.
Mindful mayhem: you embrace the (beautiful) pandemonium in your life, without letting it consume you. You create space for what fills you up - the things that make you healthy in mind and body - and integrate them into your days even when the whirlwind flows around you. (I mean, you can do meditation while the kids are playing…)
Balanced perspective: you balance the ideal of clarity with the reality of bedlam, you know that things don’t need to be completely lined up to be successful, you’re realistic about the ebb and flow to life.

And who am I?
I’m deeply curious, and my journey reflects that—from a sheep farm in Australia to the streets of New York, Milan, and now Montevideo. My career has been a wonderfully wild mix—TV and arts producing, filmmaking, arts festivals, human rights work, and government policy. It's been a beautifully coherent (yes, really!) multi-hyphenate (oh, god, did I just use that term? sorry…) life.
What’s constant? My commitment to community, clarity, strategy, listening, fairness, and making a difference. These values have always been with me—through the chaos, even with a kid thrown into the mix.
Life isn’t a straight line, and it doesn’t need to be. It’s about creating flow amidst the messiness, so we can thrive. After years of crafting my own processes to balance it all, I put them on paper—the Clarity & Rhythm Framework.
This is about bringing rhythm and flow to your full life, helping you grow - professionally and personally, reclaim your focus and time, ease the mental load, and step into your life. Because you are what you take action on. Ready for imperfect excellence?
Welcome.
